CUPRA Servicing

Your CUPRA offers outstanding performance you’ll want to preserve every time you have your vehicle serviced.  

When you take your CUPRA to an authorised CUPRA Service Partner, you’ll receive a level of quality and professionalism you won’t find elsewhere.

CUPRA Scheduled Servicing

Sample

Scheduled Services for your CUPRA are performed every 15,000km or 12 months (whichever comes first). When you book a Scheduled Service, your CUPRA will receive a full inspection, and depending on the type of model, mileage and age, other items such engine oil and filter, brake fluid, pollen filter, air filter, spark plugs, poly V belt, DSG and/or Haldex oil may be changed or replaced.

All Scheduled Services are digitally recorded so that all authorised CUPRA Service Partners can access customer information. This provides you with an intact record of service should you have your CUPRA serviced at a different authorised service centre, or if you move or choose to sell your CUPRA.

 

You can also request a printed copy of your CUPRA’s service record if you wish.

Concierge service offer

Complimentary concierge service available with a 5 Year Service Pack.

The complimentary concierge service covers pick-up and/or drop off of your vehicle for every Scheduled Service booking you make. 

 

The Concierge Service Offer:

 

  • Available with a 5 year service pack.
  • Covers pick-up and/or drop off of your CUPRA to a nominated address, within 10km from the nearest authorised CUPRA Service Partner  for each of your five Scheduled Services.ˢ⁴
  • Provides flexibility and convenience for CUPRA owners.

  • Only CUPRA Genuine Parts are used.
  • Your CUPRA is serviced by factory-trained technicians.
  • You receive a wash and vacuum with every Scheduled Service.
  • Your CUPRA will receive software updates.

ˢ¹ A 3-Year Service Pack covers standard items as contained in each Scheduled Service interval only. The service intervals occur every 15,000 KM/12 months (whichever occurs first). For details of what is not included in a Scheduled Service, please refer to the program terms and conditions here. CUPRA Australia reserves the right to extend, withdraw or change all offers.

s6 Service Packs can only be purchased prior to the first scheduled service and up to 22,500 km/15 months (whichever occurs first).
